This policy explains what information the mobile game Talumi (“the app”, “we”) handles, why, and the choices you have. Talumi is made and published by an independent developer, Ege Kıyıcı. Questions: contact@egekiyici.com.
1. Summary
- Talumi is made for players of all ages, including children.
- Talumi has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or location. There is no chat and there are no in-app purchases.
- Your game progress and settings are stored only on your device.
- The app shows non-personalised, family-safe ads from Google AdMob. It does not use the advertising ID and never asks to track you.
2. Information stored on your device
The app saves your level, solved boards, unlocked themes, remaining hints and settings. This data is not sent to us. You can delete it in the app (Settings → How to play → Erase progress), or by uninstalling the app or clearing its storage. If your device's own backup is turned on (for example Android backup to your Google account), it may include this data, as with any app; that backup is controlled by you, not by us.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
Talumi is free and supported by ads: full-screen ads between some levels, and optional short videos you choose to watch to refill hints, use the Joker or unlock themes. Ads are provided by Google LLC through the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
Because children may play Talumi, every ad request is set up for children:
- Requests are tagged as child-directed (under the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA) and as coming from users under the age of consent (EU and UK GDPR).
- Only non-personalised ads are shown. They are never based on your interests or on what you do in other apps.
- Only ads rated suitable for general audiences (G) are allowed.
- The app does not access the advertising ID (on Android the permission is removed from the app), and on iPhone and iPad it never shows a tracking request.
To deliver these ads and protect against fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK still processes some technical data and shares it with Google:

This data is encrypted in transit. We do not receive it in a form that identifies you; we only see aggregated ad reports. Google processes it under its own policies: Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from apps that use its services, and AdMob's tools for child-directed apps.
4. Fonts
All fonts are built into the app. The app does not contact any font service.
5. Your choices
- No personalised ads, ever: there is nothing to switch off. Talumi never shows personalised ads and never asks to track you, so it shows no consent or tracking pop-ups.
- No ads at all: playing with your internet connection turned off stops ad requests. The game works fully offline, and your progress is saved on your phone either way.
- Deleting your game data: see section 2.
6. Children
Talumi is suitable for children and complies with Google Play's Families Policy. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13: the app has no sign-up, no chat, no social features and no in-app purchases, and its ads are child-directed and non-personalised as described in section 3. If you are a parent or guardian and believe information about your child has been collected through the app, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, KVKK)
For users in the EEA, UK and Turkey: showing non-personalised advertising, preventing fraud and keeping the app working rely on our legitimate interests in offering a free, ad-supported game; no personalised advertising takes place. You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to processing of your personal data, and to complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey: KVKK, Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu). Because the app itself stores nothing about you on our side, most requests are handled through Google's tools linked above; contact us and we will help.
8. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with anyone except Google for the purposes described above. Data processed by Google may be transferred to and stored in other countries, including the United States, under Google's safeguards.
9. Retention and security
Game data stays on your device until you delete the app or its data. Google retains advertising data according to its own retention policies. Data sent by the ads SDK is protected with TLS encryption.
10. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date.
